Subjects were recruited from The College of New Jersey through announcements in the Health and Exercise Science Department. Following an explanation of all procedures, risks, and benefits associated with the experimental protocol, each subject gave his/her written consent prior to participating in this study and completed a medical history/physical activity questionnaire to determine eligibility.
